Buying Assets at reduced margins and restructuring those models to meet higher profit margins has long been a concept of the overall DCI business model. Having these margin favor DCI and providing reduced rates that allowed for saving in the eyes of the entity acquiring such assets from DCI makes it a win-win for everyone involved. In business there are never really to many win-win scenario’s, so when a company decides that everyone can benefit from those win-win scenario’s, DCI and the entities doing business with DCI come out of a transaction with a sense that no one was taken advantage of. That is a great feeling for people to have after any transaction with anyone. DCI does not want that feeling to be lost with providing financial transaction that are one sided. Everyone involved can feel as though both sides benefited when a company like DCI remembers one simple fact. And that fact is: “without the person doing business with DCI on the other side of what ever the transaction may be, there would be no DCI or any other company for that matter”!
